Our lives are packed with responsibilities that wrestle for our time and we would have it no other way. We love what we do and can’t imagine being less involved. This level of engagement requires us to be at our best. As we age our bodies often become a limiting factor for our participation. I’m sure you’ve felt this.

Great health and meaningful fitness don’t require an extreme fad diet, a CrossFit WOD, or hours of cardio. It starts with honesty – a vision of attainable goals and a strategy to achieve them. Your body is different than the pool-boy, the insta-famous girls, and even the majority of your gym-based trainer options. Let's work together to make you, the best possible version of you.

I’ve been an elite athlete, an officer in the US Air Force, and a general manager in the Sports Nutrition and food & healthcare industries. More importantly, I’m a personal trainer who has experience blowing out 50 candles on a birthday cake. That means I understand what you are experiencing. Don’t let your health stand between you and your day. I specialize in developing personalized training programs to accommodate your busy schedule so you aren’t burdened with additional planning. I accommodate injuries, limitations, and muscle imbalances while coaching for corrective movement, weight loss, muscle toning, and sports performance so you can keep up with the demands of doing what you love.
