Each In-Person Program begins with an Initial Assessment to build your baseline, Goal-Setting to define success, a custom Systematic Integrated Program (with Private Training Sessions) to avoid the plateau, Personalized Nutrition Plan to achieve your goals, Monthly Assessments to track progress, & access to my mobile FENIX Fitness App so we can train beyond your Private Sessions.

Enjoy a Private Fitness Experience in Your own home. Just imagine, no time lost driving to & from your workouts.  You don’t need expensive gym equipment or an in-home fitness room, we will craft a program with minimal investment to help achieve your goals!
