In order to achieve your maximum potential, it is essential to build a Systematic Program designed uniquely for you starting with an Assessment to better understand your abilities, limitations, & goals.  Heather will design your program with progressive phases, and you will track your workouts conducting periodic assessments in order to ensure proper progressions.
