So proud of Hannah, her goals were to improve strength and overall fitness. She started with 1 regular pushup, progressed to 10 and then 30. We then established new goals for Bench Press seeing her make major improvements on her way to 100#. And now she is almost able to complete 1 full unassisted chin-up! This is what consistency, discipline AND the correct progressions will achieve.
